Cougar Sightings



To Report any cougar that is a concern please call the conservation reporting line 1-800-663-9453.
  • If residents are wanting to put notices at Community Mailboxes, it would be helpful to include the date in which the cougar was sighted, this will ensure the postings are current.  Thank you.

Black Bear Sightings


  
  • June 21, 2017 - Large Black Bear sighted near 1321 Millstream Road.
  • June 16, 2017 - Black Bear sighted at the bottom of Stewart Mountain Road.  Please ensure that household Garbage/Compost is securely stored till the morning of collection day.
  • June 15, 2017 - Large Black Bear sighted on Blacktail Road during the daytime.  Please ensure that household Garbage/Compost is securely stored till the morning of collection day.
  • June 12, 2017 - Large Black Bear sighted around 6pm near the corner of Red Cedar Count/Caleb Pike/Millstream Road.
  • June 2, 2017 - Large Black Bear sighted near the corner of Millstream Lake Road and Munn Road.  Please ensure that household Garbage/Compost is securely stored till the morning of collection day.
  • June 1, 2017 - Large Black Bear sighted on Southwood Drive.  Please ensure that household Garbage/Compost is securely stored till the morning of collection day.
