RECOMMENDATION That Council approve a revision to the encroachment agreement to provide for the inclusion of Area 2 shown on the Schedule to the agreement and authorize the Mayor and CAO to execute the agreement on behalf of the District; and That the future addition to the encroachment area (Area 1) as noted on the Schedule to the Encroachment Agreement be approved upon any future dedication of Hanington Road.
