RATIFICATION OF COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE – September 14, 2009

 

DISCUSSION WITH COMMUNITY CENTRE TASK FORCE

 


i)


That the Community Centre Task Force bring forward a schedule for moving this project forward to the public consultation stage.

 

ii)

That staff research any left over funding from the previous funding set aside for conceptual drawings.

 

iii)

That the Community Centre Task Force bring forward a list of current key elements indentified up to this point on what the community hall would consist of.

 

iv)

That staff to prepare a report for Council on corporate management issues dealing with proposals for this project.
