RECOMMENDATION: That notification be issued for the proposed issuance of DVP-07-09 pertaining to: Strata Lot 6, Sections 4 and 5, Range 4W, Highlands District, Strata Plan VIS6033, Together with an interest in the Common Property in Proportion to the Unit Entitlement of the Strata Lot as Shown on Form V (“779 Danby Place”) that would vary Sections 6.13.3 (11) of Zoning Bylaw 100 as follows: An accessory building or structure is permitted within a “side yard” flanking a street or highway, and shall not be sited within 5m of the side lot line that flanks a street or highway.
