RE: BUILDING BYLAW INFRACTION - 750 HANINGTON ROAD RECOMMENDATION: That the District of Highlands file a notice with the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC stating that a Resolution has been made under Section 57 of the Community Charter by the Council relating to the property legally described as Lot A, Section 5, Range 4 West, Highlands District, Plan VIP84002, having a civic address of 750 Hanington Road, and that further information respecting the Resolution may be inspected at the District Office during regular office hours. |

RE: DVP 07-09 (779 DANBY PLACE) RECOMMENDATION: That notification be issued for the proposed issuance of DVP-07-09 pertaining to: Strata Lot 6, Sections 4 and 5, Range 4W, Highlands District, Strata Plan VIS6033, Together with an interest in the Common Property in Proportion to the Unit Entitlement of the Strata Lot as Shown on Form V (“779 Danby Place”) that would vary Sections 6.13.3 (11) of Zoning Bylaw 100 as follows: An accessory building or structure is permitted within a “side yard” flanking a street or highway, and shall not be sited within 5m of the side lot line that flanks a street or highway. |
