RECOMMENDATION:  That Council Adopt the Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 342, 2012.

RECOMMENDATION:  That Council give Bylaw 341 three readings and submit for Provincial Government Approval.

HIGHLANDS ZONING AMENDMENT BYLAW NO.346, 2012 (3900-345/346)

RECOMMENDATION:  That Council give bylaws first and second readings and schedule a public hearing for June 18, 2012.

Further that Council authorizes the execution of the covenant between the District and Highlands 3 Holdings.

RECOMMENDATION:  That Council suspend the rules of procedure as regulated through Land Use Procedure Bylaw No. 96. 
Further that Council give Bylaw No. 347 first and second readings and call a public hearing for June 18, 2012.

RE:  DRAFT FINANCIAL PLAN LEAFLET (1700-15)

RECOMMENDATION:  That Council approve the 2012 Financial Plan Leaflet for inclusion with the tax notices.
