RE:  REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING,

WITH POTENTIAL TO CONVENE TO COUNCIL MEETING – JUNE 25, 2012

 (1150 Bear Mountain Parkway)

RECOMMENDATION:  That Council may wish to accommodate request.  This has been done in the past due to the reduced Council summer schedule.  Alternately, Council may wish to remain with the fixed Council and Committee of the Whole 2012 schedule.  This means the applicant could return to Council at the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, July 16, 2012.

Motion:  That Council move In Camera to discuss items pursuant to the Community Charter, 90(1)(f) law enforcement if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the conduct of an investigation under or enforcement of an enactment (bylaw enforcement); and 90(1)(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public
