RATIFICATION OF COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS

 

a)

Committee of the Whole –  September 10, 2012            

 

 

i)

RE:  MUSEUM PROJECT

Recommendations: 

  • Remove the east elevation floor that extends beyond the original structure.
  • Reduce the northern elevation to some extent leaving the constructed floor as a porch but reducing the building size.  The extent of the reduction was not determined.
  • South and west elevations could remain and the access for disabled to be on the west.
  • Revise roof plans to include half Dutch gables on north and south ends and use a lean-to roof for the west elevation.
