  • 004 - Tax Exemption Bylaw - A bylaw to exempt certain lands and improvements within the District of Highlands from taxation for the year 1994
  • 005 - Reserve Fund Establishment Bylaw - A bylaw to establish reserve funds for new works, extensions or renewals of existing works and purchase of machinery and equipment (Amended by Bylaw 13)
  • 007 - Officer and Peace Officer Bylaw - A bylaw to designate officer positions for the purposes of Section 310 of the Municipal Act and Section 23 of the Offense Act
  • 008 - Board of Variance Bylaw - A bylaw to establish a Board of Variance for the District of Highlands (Repealed by Bylaw 248)
  • 009 - Fire Services Bylaw - A bylaw to establish a Municipal Fire Department and to Regulation Fire Prevention, Protection, and Control Services (Repealed by Bylaw 264)
  • 010 - Tree Management Bylaw - Consolidated version - A bylaw of the District of Highlands to regulate and prohibit the cutting of trees
  • 013 - Officer and Peace Officer Amendment Bylaw - A bylaw of the District of Highlands to amend Bylaw 7 being a bylaw to designate officer positions for the purposes of Section 299 of the Municipal Act and Section 23 of the Offense Act (Amends Bylaw 7)
  • 015 - Tax Rates Bylaw - A bylaw for the levying of rates for municipal, hospital, regional district, and specified area purposes for the year 1994
  • 020 - Hazlitt Creek Road Closure Bylaw - A bylaw of the District of Highlands to close part of Millstream Road
  • 024 - Nuclear Weapons and Nuclear Power Production Prohibition Bylaw - A bylaw of the District of Highlands to prohibit the manufacture, transportation, storage, and distribution of all nuclear weapons and components of nuclear weapons and to prohibit the production of power by means of nuclear fission and the transportation and disposal of the wastes of such production
